Pastor Duane Quesenberry

Senior Pastor

Duane grew up in a pastor’s family in east Tennessee. Early in his life, he knew that God was calling him to be a preacher. After receiving his pastoral ministry degree at GBSC in 1994, he and his wife Valorie moved to their first pastorate in Birmingham, Alabama. Since then, he has served in pastoral ministry for more than 25 years.

In 2016, Duane came to be the lead Pastor at Village Park Church. His greatest commitment personally is to follow Christ and pastorally, to teach the Word of God with biblical accuracy, relevant insight and personal application.

The Quesenberrys enjoy living in this growing community and appreciate the blend of urban living options and traditional heartland relationships. He and Valorie have four children: Ashley, Autumn, Stewart and Kaley. Pastime favorites are "anything with the family," Tuesday morning brunches with Valorie in quaint cafes, reading a new book in the corner chair of a coffee shop and riding his Honda Shadow on the back-roads of rural Indiana.

The center of his life is his relationship with Jesus which began when he was fifteen years old. His greatest joy in ministry is watching others intentionally connect to Christ and grow in their faith.

"If you are looking for a new faith-home, I invite you to visit Village Park Church. Our purpose is to help people find and follow Jesus. I look forward to seeing you soon, and when you attend, please introduce yourself."

- Pastor Duane Quesenberry

Director of Music Ministries

Psalm 150:6 says “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!” As worship leader of Village Park since 2016, it has been my goal to create an atmosphere where God’s presence is welcome and our fellow believers can truly praise the Lord with each breath during our worship services. I believe that our worship should be the natural outflow of exuberance for the over-abundance of God’s goodness in our lives. We each have a unique, God-given purpose but we are united in our call to worship.

My wife Teresa and I live in Westfield and have been part of the Village Park family for nearly 10 years. We love the people and sense of community in our church family and are passionate about serving in worship and ministry to further God’s purpose in our church and community.

Ben and Tanessa are a husband and wife team and bring their dedicated faith in Christ and their passion to help teens discover faith to the iMPACT youth ministry.  They live in Carmel and have four children (and one dog), so they are stable enough to provide guidance and relevant enough to stay connected to the teens.
